Comprising three circular legs and a soft, round seat, all surfaces are upholstered in a soothing off-white color or chalk-coloured cotton and linen fabric.

An attention to detail and a shared sense of aesthetics is what drives the two main designers of 101 Copenhagen, Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl. Translating and transforming the simplistic inspiration from Japan in a Scandinavian context is all about honouring quality, heritage and materiality while never seizing to compromise on form and function. Kristian is a Danish designer graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Art whilst also spending time in Japan studying at the Kyoto Institute of Technology. Tommy is the founder and partner in 101 Copenhagen and has been involved in the creative direction of the company since its start.
